
WTF is TFW?
Training for Warriors is a fitness system like no other. We have a special culture — TFW is more than a workout, it's "A way of life". TFW doesn't just focus on strength training, endurance and metabolic workouts. Our coaches search for your motivation — "your inner warrior". They make sure you enjoy the training so you keep coming back with pleasure. (We think this is very important, because life moves fast and stress is an ever-present factor. We want to create "me time" for our students.) TFW focuses on improving your body and mind; the only competition we have is with ourselves. You don't have to be the best — you just have to do your best!

Dankzij TFW heb ik mijn passie voor sporten helemaal teruggevonden. Niet alleen ben ik fysiek sterker geworden en spiermassa opgebouwd, maar ook mentaal voel ik me beter. De community is fantastisch, iedereen steunt elkaar, wat de workouts extra motiverend maakt.
